What is Super-Glide?
A compression polymer with the correct density and solutions
to allow the Ice Skating Blade to glide smoothly.

What is the Size and Thickness?
Super-Glide comes in a sheet 4'.6" wide x 8' long and 3/4" thick.
Each sheet weighs approximately 145 lbs.

How does it go together?
We have developed a system that eliminates the seams between panels and allows the surface to adapt to different climates.  Splines are used at all connecting points. Plywood (3/4) is laid down first, and the Super-Glide is placed on top.

How easy is it to put together?
Two people can assemble a home rink facility in approximately 2 hours.
All you need is a flat surface.

Can it go on grass?
Yes, we developed a sub-floor to level out the area. The sub-floor is laid down first, then plywood, then the Super-Glide.

How do you maintain a smooth surface?
Super-Glide is extremely durable.  Other then keeping it clean and applying Super-Glide skate enhancer once a month, nothing really needs to be done.
